How to Make a WordPress Website and Blog - From Scratch!

A Comprehensive Tutorial On How To  Make A WordPress Website And Blog From Scratch

There are lot's of reasons for blogging, making money, being at the top of most people's mind. It is a simple method of getting your product's out to the world by providing quality post's related to your niche. Search engines will list your posts if consistent and relevent information is offered.

I use Wordpress as you have more room to move, although Blogger is also ok. They both make it very simple to have your blog up and running in a matter of minutes. Then the fun begins!
After you create your blog, the next step is to start posting so you can get visitors, which is of course very important if you plan on making money. Then you need to decide how you will make money from your blog.

You can easily place Google Adsense ads on your blog, this gives you a head start to get some quick easy money. Although, this will take your visitor away from your site, but you will make some money from there visit.

Topic Or Niche
You should try to keep your post's on the same topic, then you can have an unlimited number of blogs for any and every topic you choose. The easiest way for you to decide what niche you are going to target, is to use something you already know a bit about. For instance, you may be intersted in a sport, gardening or home decorating, the choice is yours and there are a ton of topics you can use.
If you decide on a dog training site then keep your post's on dog's - training, grooming, types of food and exercise for dog's.

Posting
Once you are up and running and have made your choice of niche it's time to add a few keyword rich post's. Google have a free tool that will enable you to target your market by selecting good keyword terms and phrases to use. Sprinkle these keywords around your post but don't go overboard. Enter "google keyword tool" into your search engine to locate it.

Remember, if you are using the dog training niche, don't post about cat's. Stay on your selected niche and create another blog for cat's. This is very important as you want search engines to find your site and realise you have good quality dog related content, they will then add your posts to your chosen keyword phrase on there engine. That is your Goal!!!

Making Quick Easy Money
The easiest way to make money is with affiliate programs or your own products if you have them, of course. Companies will pay you good money to advertise their products, and all you have to do is put a link or banner on your site leading to that companies web site. Once a sale is made the company gives you a commission. That is the reason you should pick one topic for your blog. If you want to have a blog about growing vegetables, by all means do it, but have other blogs about other specific topics.

You can then search for afilliate programs on how to grow veggies, fertilizers, soil and anything else about veggies. Clickbank is a good source of afilliate products, also Amazon.

Make sure you have a nice selection of afilliate products to offer and you can even add links to them in your post's. The more the merrier, what one person is looking for another won't, so vary your afilliate products to cover most of your niche, and you can make some nice quick easy money!
The internet is the essence of marketing, by that I mean, every word in an ad matters, every color, where the ad is located on your blog and the color of the text. It might not seem like all of those things matter, but the fact is, everything that you decide matters.

The good thing is you can experiment with how your blog looks as much as you want. There are several ebooks written on how you should place and where you should place your ads. In the beginning, just go with the basic set up until you get the hang of things.

When you are in a business, it is best to have a website for marketing or informational purposes. Having your own website pulls up visibility of your business to rake a number of consumers and prospective clients. Even with this information, some businessmen opt to stay under the Internet's radar and become unknown for website making will pull your budget. That is why being smart and thrifty will tell you, just to create a free website - to save and edit the website layout, make your own website with free templates, save on costs of somebody else doing it for you, among others.

It could be a Free Website Creator, Do-it-Yourself Website Builder or a Free Website Builder - these search keywords provide the basic building blocks to you when planning to do the website yourself. The Internet is flooded with free website builder options, and you need to pick the right one to sail through the website creation task smoothly. Success of any website also involves getting the right domain name, and a free domain creator can help you secure an appropriate one and hurdle the obstacles.

What do you do to create a free website?
The first step is to register a domain name for use that is appropriate for the nature of the business. This will be used by online users to land on your website. The second step involves getting a reputable web hosting service that is reliable, and lastly start creating the website using a free website builder. The second and third step can be followed in any sequence since most free website builders offer both hosting and website creating facility now. You can create the website first and then host it on their server. If you are able to follow instructions fast, it is only a matter of minutes to get the website done and available to view on the Internet.

Build Your Website in 3 Easy Steps:
1. Choose a name for your domain. A domain name, also called URL, is the address of the website you are creating and points to your website. You have to choose a domain name that will suit the nature of your business, and make sure that this is the name you want to see for the longest time there. As a rule of thumb, the domain name should be simple and easy to remember. Do not limit your creativity in selecting a domain name but keep in mind that it should be: relevant to your business, easily remembered so that your consumers do not forget it, make it descriptive so your viewers know what to expect. You need to choose the right extension for your domain name like.com/.net/.org. Next, check the availability of the domain and make changes if it is in use already.

2. Get hosting services - A website is no good if it is not accessible to the general public. You can have the best designed website, but if it shows time out constantly or an error message when people want to access it, they will refrain from coming to your website. Web hosting is the skeleton of the website. It provides the web space where the content and web design are loaded. Look for a website builder who has dependable web hosting services with minimal downtime. This way, you can ensure that your website will be compatible with the hosting server. Once done, all you have to think about now is to create your website.

3. Hello, website made by me - A free website builder will enable you to customize any design template from their design gallery and upload the content. It is a simple interface that allows you to see the changes as and when you are making them so you can visualize how your website will look once created. If you have your content ready, you adjust the layout and embed it into the design. You should be ready to go live in a few minutes.

Now that you are done, your next step should be to attract traffic and add visibility to the website, which requires continuing effort to promote the business and reap the rewards of a fruitful and successful online presence.
