1. Sell Your Old Stuff
I'm willing to bet that you have some old books, cds, dvds, games and other stuff you hardly touch lying around. There are places online that will buy your old stuff and list them for resale.

I've seen listings on Amazon.com for used cds, books and other items. If any of your stuff is rare or out of print you may be able to ask for more than what you bought it for.

2. Buy and Sell Your Neighbours Stuff
If you've got stuff lying around that you can sell, do you think that your neighbors may also have stuff lying around as well?
If you got a little cash to invest, see if they're willing to let you buy their stuff so that you can list them on the sites that sell used items.

Drop-shipping is another option worth exploring. You can sign up with drop-shipping suppliers who would be responsible for packaging and sending out the stuff that you sell. You won't need to deal with postage and handling any of the product. It's all done buy your supplier.

4. Create your own product
You could also create your own product. This isn't as hard as you may think although it could take time and money in some cases. Grandmas sell their crochets online and there is even a market for the crochet patterns.

Selling a digital product such as a how to e-book based on something you're very skilled at or even a video course can make you some good money. For example, you may be great at building chicken coops. Why not film yourself building a chicken coop from start to finish, then break the video down into parts and sell it as a digital course.

5. Become an Affiliate
Remember when I told you that you could sell any product you choose without leaving your house? Well this is how a lot of money is being made online these days. It's called affiliate marketing.
Affiliate marketing is a billion dollar industry and lots of people are making full time incomes selling other people's products online.

Want to sell bicycles, other people's video courses, the latest video game that came out yesterday, cell phones, etc? Just find a website or store with an affiliate program and sign up to earn a percentage of the sales.
